This policy explains how Dintane handles information when you use dintane.com, labels.dintane.com and our related seller tools.
Uploaded files
Marketplace PDFs are used only to generate optimized label PDFs. Uploaded and generated files normally expire within 30 minutes. We do not extract or retain customer names, addresses, phone numbers, order IDs, SKUs, AWBs or invoice contents for analytics or marketing.
Usage and account information
We store a random browser identifier and operational information such as marketplace, label count, page count, processing time, successful or failed conversion status and template compatibility. After seven days of active use, we ask for an email address verified by a one-time code and an Indian mobile number. These details connect free access and paper-saving history across devices.
The mobile number is collected for account continuity and is not represented as OTP verified unless verification is completed through an approved provider. Optional product updates are sent only when you provide separate marketing consent, which you may withdraw.
Cookies and local identifiers
Essential cookies keep your browser connected to your usage profile and secure the admin area. We may also use security, performance and aggregate analytics information needed to operate and improve the service.
Advertising
Advertising integration has been removed from these tools. We do not currently load Google AdSense advertisements or advertising scripts.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, database, authentication, email and security providers process limited information necessary to provide their services. We retain profile and aggregate operational records while they are needed to operate, secure and improve Dintane, and remove or anonymize them when no longer required.
Your choices
You may decline optional marketing messages. To request access, correction or deletion of your registered profile information, contact support@dintane.com. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
